Jean+White

These leading ladies are doing something right. Wouldn't you agree? Taking inspiration from my favorite fashion bloggers, the white+jean look is making a comeback. A simple and classic look that you can definitely make personal on so many levels. Embellish the outfit with all your favorite accessories to make the look go from simple to chic. The neat thing about this outfit, is a white blouse will never ever be out of style. Pairing it with a jean or a nice dark pant will always give off a sophisticated yet relaxed look. It's basically effortlessly-chic.

From the first image, I love how Leandra aka the Man Repeller wears this look. She pairs her white top with a killer necklace piece, some nice arm candy (stacked bangles/bracelets), and to-die-for booties with a lust-worthy neutral bag. The outfit can be dressed down a bit if you replace the boots with some cool flats or nice sandals. The way Leandra is already wearing it makes it cool for an evening out.

Krystal Bick of This Time Tomorrow pairs here white feminine Zara top with boyfriend jeans, strappy heels, and a great eye-catching printed bag. I absolutely love the idea of pairing her frilly top with boyfriend jeans. It makes for a great contrast and makes her look super trendy. Pairing it with some sexy strappy heels give it a punch of femininity while still looking so sexy. A colorful or printed clutch is perfect for this outfit because it adds that something extra to the ensemble. To make Krystal's look go from day to night, you could embellish the outfit with a great collared or bejeweled necklace to add that extra pazaaz.

The last image is of Kelly from The Glamourai. Here Kelly wears a simple sheer white button-up with rolled up jeans, belt, and simple ankle-strap heels. Her look is fun, flirty, and so sexy. She wears minimal jewelry but makes it up for a great pair of sunnies and a great brown leather satchel.  The outfit is sophisticated and ready-to-go no matter what adventure you plan on next. If you want to pump up the style and go for a night look, I suggest wearing a great pair of pointy heels or adding a more daring belt. Another tip: you can also layer 3 really delicate faux gold necklaces together to make the outfit just a little bit more chic.

It's a no-brainer, really it is. Try out the outfit yourself. And trust me, you'll love how effortless chic and trendy you look.

Who says you can't sport that bright yellow this fall season? I think yellow has become one of those most versatile colors this past spring/summer season. It's a perfect 'transitioning into fall' color because of the richness of all the different yellow hues.  It's bold, fierce, playful and classic. You can pair yellow with almost any another color and I promise you, it will work. I kind of see yellow as working as a neutral for fall even; compare it to the likes of white, black, tan, etc. Above are images from a few of my favorite bloggers that show off how they styled their yellow pieces. I'm in love with the way each one has done it her own way. So, what will I be pairing my yellows with this fall? A: Prints, prints, and more prints. Also going to try the color-block and infuse some rich jeweled-tone colors.
